“BICO de Xeado Ice Creams & Milkshakes” is a Galician Traditional Dairy Farm, placed in one of the most fresh pasture in Galicia. Galicia is sinonimum of quality “Galicia Calidade”. This farm with its own cows and pastures is only focus on producing Fresh Milk & Fresh Traditional Ghourmet Ice Creams following the tradition from the best Italian Artisian Ice Cream Masters. A traditional Ghourmet Ice Cream can only be: Creamy, Tasty, full of flavour with NO artificial ingredients to enhance colours, preservatives, etc, and should never melt quickly.
When you try a “Bico de Xeado Ghourmet Ice Cream” inmediatelly realize the high quality, the fresh fruits grown in our own fields, such as strawberry, blackberry and selected providers with the best selection of origens. We don´t know if we could consider ours one of the best Ice Creams, but we do know the Perfect Traditional Artisian Ice Cream should look like…

- Matcha: Only best harvests from Japan, 2 collections/year to offer only the best.
- Chai: Absolutely same principles as Matcha. We really care about origins and plantations. You´ve better smell it fresh before preparation (Glorius).
- All Ice Creams, Milkshakes & Waffles are gluten free.
- Juices, Smoothes & Bowls are made with fresh fruit, top MONIN syrups and our Bico Ice Cream.
- Bakery is baked every day for you.
- Cakes are only Vegan brought every morning (fresh).
- Our three Author cakes (Cheese, Red Velvet and Carrot) are made by a Ghourmet Author.
- Ghourmet Galician Chips “Bonilla a la Vista” are probably the best chips ever made. Worldwide Recognition.
- Our Staff & Management will always do our best to satisfy all clients. If we don’t reach it, please let us know. There are complaint forms at your dispossal. This is a must for our organization and won´t be accetable.
- All our shops have been designed with taste, great materials and decoration, taking care of the details at every courner, following regulations but focused and very, very sensible to reduced mobility, in order to make everybody´s experience “just like we would like to feel ourselves”.
- Our menus/offer will vary along the year as our goal is to offer you the best of fresh food at any time.
